Technical information
 
House construct
  • Log thickness: 140–280 mm;
  • Type of wood – Northern pine, larch or cedar;
  • Logs are available in a variety of profile forms and corner joints;
  • Moisture content: 19%;
  • Sanded surface;
  • Logs are impregnated and protected against atmospheric impact; eco-friendly paint is available upon a customer’s request;  
  • Roof structures are supplied together with the house construct (joists, beams);
  • Flooring and ceiling for the first and second floors are supplied together with the house construct.

  • Foundation;

  • Windows, doors;
  • Warmth-keeping materials.

Interior installations

Interior frame walls, stairs, flooring, electric installations, sanitary engineering, furniture, etc. are available upon a customer’s request.
